1. Introduction
Welcome to FCT Digital Ltd. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging with FCT Digital Ltd, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Cancellation of Monthly Services
2.1 Notice Period:
To cancel any of our monthly services, you are required to provide a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Failure to provide this notice will result in the continuation of the service for the subsequent month, and the associated charges will be applied.
2.2 Account Management Suspension:
If you have paid for a service but fail to supply the necessary content or you don’t approve the social media posts or adverts in the set time frame as required, FCT Digital Ltd reserves the right to cease work on your account. You will not be entitled to a refund for any services already paid for in such circumstances.
3. Website Development Services
3.1 Deposit and Content Supply:
When commissioning a website build, a minimum of 50% deposit is required before any work commences. If you fail to supply FCT Digital Ltd with the requested content by the agreed build date, you will forfeit your deposit, and the website will not be built.
3.2 Final Payment and Website Launch:
The website will not be made live until FCT Digital Ltd has received the final payment in full. If the final payment is not received within 7 days of presenting you with the finished website, the website will remain offline, and the final payment along with any extra fees will still be owed by the client.
3.3 Late Payment and Admin Fee:
In the event of a delay in the final payment beyond 7 days after the finished product is presented, a late administration fee of £250 will be applied to the totel owed. This fee is non-negotiable and reflects the additional work and resources expended during the project.
4. General Terms
4.1 Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights in the services provided by FCT Digital Ltd remain the property of FCT Digital Ltd until full payment has been received.
4.2 Limitation of Liability:
FCT Digital Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
4.3 Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
5. Amendments
FCT Digital Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
